METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY WALLPAPER HAVING STEREOGRAPHIC PATTERN WITH SIMPLE PROCESS

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a wallpaper with good stereographic feelings, which is simple process with lower production cost and is environmentally harmless with no use of organic solvents. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a wallpaper having stereographic patterns comprises dispersing 3-60 wt% of water-soluble resin in water to prepare a paint having a critical surface tension of 45-70 dyne/cm and gravure printing on base paper for wallpaper with the paint. Subsequently, painted wallpaper is dried at a temperature of 90-110 deg.C for 60-120 seconds. In the method, the water-soluble resin comprises polyurethane resin and acrylic resin and the paint doesn't comprise a surfactant.
