PURPOSE: A field emissive array cell for a cathode ray tube structure of an electron gun is provided to apply a voltage to a cathode electrode layer of an electron emission part easily and to prevent the rise in the electrostatic capacity on a specific area. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(51) is formed with a conductor. A plurality of metal tips(52) are installed on a top surface of the substrate. An insulation layer(54) is formed on the top surface of the substrate, and has a penetration hole(54a) for the metal tip to be revealed. A gate electrode(55) has an open aperture(55a) to reveal the metal tip on a top surface of the insulation layer. The first port unit(56) is formed on a top surface of the gate electrode, and applies a potential to the gate electrode. And the second port unit(57) is formed on a bottom of the substrate, and applies a potential to the metal tip.
