PURPOSE: An automatic insulin injecting device is provided to allow a rotation shaft to perform only a function of rotating a piston pushing mechanism and to allow a piston to move forward in a smooth, stable manner, thereby eliminating a vertical load applied to the rotation shaft and increasing durability of the device. CONSTITUTION: The automatic insulin injecting device comprises: an injector(120) having a syringe(121) containing an insulin liquid and a piston(123) inserted into a rear end of the syringe(121) to impart an insulin liquid discharging pressure to the syringe(121); a housing having a space(102) for accommodating the injector(120); a rotation shaft(152) of a predetermined length having a non-circular cross-section; a power supplying device(150) for rotating the rotation shaft(152) at a predetermined speed; a pushing plate assembly(140) for pushing the piston(123) to provide the piston(123) with forwardly moving power; and a pushing plate support(130) shaped of a hollow cylinder and inserted into the injector accommodating space(102).
