摘要 PURPOSE: A waste heat recovery air conditioner is provided to perform defrosting process effectively and secure the high COP(Coefficient Of Performance) by using waste heat from an engine. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovery air conditioner is composed of an engine(90), a coolant circuit(10), a cooling circuit(20), a waste heat recovery heat exchanger(30), and a cooling preheating heat exchanger(31). The coolant circuit comprises a compressor(11) driven by the engine to compress coolant; a first heat exchanger(12) coupled with the compressor; an expansion valve(16) connected to the first heat exchanger; and a second heat exchanger(13) linked with the expansion valve to flow the coolant back to the compressor. The cooling circuit comprises a cooling unit(23) for transmitting waste heat output from the engine to cooling fluid; a radiator(21) connected with the cooling unit to emit the waste heat transmitted to the cooling fluid to the air; and a cooling fluid pump(24) for circulating the cooling fluid between the cooling unit and the radiator. The waste heat recovery heat exchanger for transmitting some of the waste heat from the engine to the coolant comprises a first coolant operating chamber(30a) coupled with the second heat exchanger in parallel in the coolant circuit; a first cooling fluid operating chamber(30b) coupled with the radiator of the cooling circuit in parallel or in series; and a heat transfer wall(30c) dividing the first coolant operating chamber and the first cooling fluid operating chamber. The coolant preheating heat exchanger for transmitting the waste heat of the engine to the coolant flowing into the second heat exchanger comprises a second cooling fluid operating chamber(31b) coupled with the radiator of the cooling circuit and/or with the waste heat recovery heat exchanger in series or in parallel; a second coolant operating chamber(31a) linked between the expansion valve of the coolant circuit and the second heat exchanger; and a heat transfer wall(31c) for dividing the second cooling fluid operating chamber and the second coolant operating chamber.
