PURPOSE: A system for processing member certification is provided to offer a response speed more extraordinary than a current disk based database by using a memory based database when the wire/wireless member certification is performed, and separate/discriminate a member information database and a value-added information database. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(10) is connected to the system through the communication network(20). The database stores member information, terminal information, value-added information, and other goods information matched with each user of the user terminal. The first certification tool(30a) extracts/provides the member information and the terminal information of the user based on the memory based database(40a) when an internal CP(Contents Provider) or an application inquires the information. The second certification tool(30b) extracts/provides the value-added information and other goods information based on the disk-base database(40b) when the user certified by the first certification tool inquires the information.
