METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR BANKING TRANSACTION USING WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A method and a system for a banking transaction using a wireless communication terminal are provided to enable a user to perform the desired banking transaction by using the wireless network and the wireless communication terminal without visiting a bank, and reinforce security by using a smart card mounted to the wireless communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: The wireless communication terminal is equipped with the smart card. An electronic bankbook program enables the banking transaction using the smart card. A banking server processes/stores/manages the banking transaction by connecting to the wire/wireless network. The wireless communication terminal is equipped with an infrared communication module for the banking transaction with an automated device through the wireless communication.
