PURPOSE: A dumpling-forming machine which is simply disassembled and assembled and easily washed is provided to always maintain the same clean and to achieve automatic dumpling processing containing producing of wheat dough and a dumpling skin, placing a filling in the center of the dumpling skin and folding over the skin to make a half circle. The machine is simply disassembled and assembled and easily washed to maintain it clean always. CONSTITUTION: The dumpling-forming machine comprises: an apparatus for making dumpling skins containing a supply rod(1) at the upper of a first hopper(2) and a first extrusion roller(3,4) and a second extrusion roller(7,8); a first driving part containing a first gear and a second gear on the first extrusion roller and second extrusion roller; a raw material supply apparatus containing a motor(11) and a mixing rod(12) at the upper of the second hopper and a vertical rod at the position which is in communication with a gear pump(15) at the lower; a segmenting apparatus containing a pair of first rollers, a second roller, a third roller, a supply roller and a cover(5); a forming apparatus containing a vertical rod, a forming rod, a rotary vessel, an eccentric cam and a rotary ring; and a second driving part for driving a first driven gear and a second driven gear. |
