PURPOSE: A spray liquid composition using a volatile additive is provided to increase the drying rate of the spray liquid for use in blasting for surface pre-treatment, thereby preventing fast rusting. CONSTITUTION: The spray liquid composition for ultrahigh pressure water blasting comprises water with which a volatile additive is mixed. Particularly, as the volatile additive, 65 wt% or less of methanol or 71 wt% or less of ethanol is added, at a temperature of 25 deg.C. The volatile additive increases the vapor pressure of the spray liquid, thereby increasing the vaporization speed of the spray liquid, compared to the spray liquid using pure water.
