METHOD FOR AUTO TUNING PID BY USING REACTION CURVE, IN WHICH SYSTEM RESPONSE IS CONTROLLED NOT TO EXCESS PREDETERMINED VALUE

PURPOSE: A method for auto tuning the PID by using a reaction curve is provided to allow a user to control upper value of load response by setting a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION: A method for auto tuning the PID by using a reaction curve includes: a first step of determining whether or not the load response reaches to the set value by applying step input; a second step of removing step input when the load response reaches to the set value, and calculating the response delay time at the time of falling after the load response is rising; a third step of calculating the time constant and calculating the static gain by operating the calculated time constant and step input; and a fourth step of calculating the PID gain by substituting the calculated response delay time, the time constant and the static gain into the Ziegler-Nichols method.
