PURPOSE: An equipment is provided to efficiently improve the health of human body on training the physical strength by using a fixing rack having a circular, straight rubber tube and a protection band. CONSTITUTION: For the training equipment for physical therapy, a rubber tube(1) is coupled with a fixing rack with aid of a shackle(5). The training can be carried out by supporting an arm or leg by means of a protection band(3) wound thereon or without the protection band(3). The equipment for improving hand health includes; an outer structural body; an elastic rubber tube; an acupressure device which has a function of a fixing rack and can be used as a support; and a supporting bar.
