PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition containing the extract of Phellinus linteus mycelium. The composition prevents skin wrinkles by moisturizing the skin and provides antioxidation effect for anti-aging. It also has excellent antibacterial activity and anticancer effect on the skin. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition having antioxidation, antibacterial and anticancer effects on the skin is characterized by the steps of: freeze-drying the Phellinus linteus mycelium and followed by pulverization; dipping the powder in ethanol at room temperature for 48 hours and followed by filtration using double layered whatman paper; concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure; and adding 0.5-20% of the concentrate to the composition.
