PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display panel and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to reduce processes and defective ratio by arranging pads of a panel on two side portions on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence display panel comprises data electrode lines formed on a substrate; an insulating film(230) formed on the substrate and data electrode lines, and which has apertures for exposing the data electrode lines; an organic layer formed on the data electrode lines exposed through the apertures; and scan electrode lines formed on the organic layer. The data electrode lines are first and second group data electrode lines constituted by data electrode lines separated into two groups on the substrate and spaced apart from each other. The data electrode lines of the first group data electrode line and the auxiliary data electrode lines arranged on the substrate are electrically connected with each other through a contact hole penetrating through the insulating film and a metal line(250) arranged on the insulating film. The data electrode lines of the second group data electrode line are extended between the auxiliary data electrode lines.
