PURPOSE: A cutting blower device installed in an extruding machine is provided to precisely cut extruded materials and improve working efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A cutting blower device installed in an extruding machine is composed of a rotary shaft(1) passing through a nozzle(130), a cutting blade(2) inserted into the rotary shaft and contacting with the inner face of the nozzle, an air supply unit(3), and a power transmission unit(4) for selectively transmitting the power of the rotary shaft to the cutting blade or the nozzle. The air supply unit jets air to the nozzle, and has an air jetting hole(31) connected to a pneumatic pump. The cutting blade is integrated with one side of a shaft coupler(21) having a shaft hole(21A). The rotary shaft is inserted into the shaft hole. An auxiliary unit(22) is integrated with the other side of the shaft coupler, and is out of contact with the nozzle. The air supply unit includes an air passage(32) communicated with the air jetting hole, and an air supply passage(33) communicated with the air passage and connected to the pneumatic pump.
