PURPOSE: An AMLA(Inverse Multiplexing for ATM) board is provided to transmit data to a control station upper block by using a switching chip, and to receive various line interfaces, thereby receiving various kinds of line interface methods when transceiving CDMA data. CONSTITUTION: A processor(100) initializes an AMLA by receiving information necessary for a control station and the AMLA from an upper block, processes various interrupts by checking whether various devices are normal, and generates a failure alarm to other upper PCB through an alarm path if an AMLA failure is discovered. An EPLD(Electric Programming Logic Device)(200) reports various control station information and shelf information to the processor(100), and performs an LED control function for displaying a state of an AMLA board and a function for reporting PCB version information of the AMLA board to the processor(100). A switch interface(300) supplies various enable signals, clock signals, and addresses for selecting one of plural slaves. A physical interface(400) carries out an interface function between a base station and a control station at high rate.
