PURPOSE: A cap coupled to a mouth of a cap and a device of removing a seal from the vessel mouth by punching or cutting are provided to allow a user to open the cap and remove the seal at the same time, improving convenience in opening operation of the cap. CONSTITUTION: In a cap coupled to a mouth of a container sealed by means of a certain sealing member, and divided into a dome portion, cutting portion and outer wall portion, if the dome portion of the cap is pushed by a finger, a cutting blade and a cutting membrane provided in the cutting portion are dropped by passing through the sealing member, causing contents stored in the dome portion to flow into the vessel and be mixed with contents in the vessel through an incision formed at the membrane. In this case, if the cap is rotated in an opening direction, the sealing member is completely cut by the blade and is inserted into a cutting groove defined in the cap.
