The device has an anti-vandal case (1) fixed on a frame in front of lift doors. The case has an electromagnetic vacuum lifting beam (4) and a pin (5) with high resistance for blocking access to unlocking of door and to lifts via a trapdoor access in a closing mode. A closed position detector (6) guards an operation of the electromagnetic vacuum lifting beam and pin.
