PURPOSE: A noodle kneading and extruding machine is provided to enable mass production of noodles within a short time, and to completely prevent tangling of noodles being extruded. CONSTITUTION: In the noodle kneading and extruding machine, a horizontal transfer screw(34) is provided at a lower end of a kneading container(23) in which kneading rods are mounted. In addition, a vertical extrusion screw(35) is provided adjacent to the horizontal screw and is adapted to extrude a dough, transferred from the horizontal screw, in a vertical direction.
