PURPOSE: A substitute of timber has excellent durability. A manufacturing method thereof is characterized by mixing waste synthetic resin and paper in proper ratio and substituting the timber with a panel and a square, which reduces a production cost. CONSTITUTION: A substitute of timber is characterized by mixing 30-50wt.% of ground waste paper with 50-70wt.% of water and 1-9wt.% of sodium hydroxide and mixing 72-99wt.% of powdery synthetic resin. The substitute is obtained by the steps of: (S100) breaking waste paper with a breaker into 5-10mm; (S200) mixing warm water of 20-30deg.C and sodium hydroxide with the broken waste paper to manufacture waste paper dough; (S300) breaking synthetic resin with the breaker; (S400) putting 1-5wt.% of the waste paper dough and 95-99wt.% of the synthetic resin powder into a mixer, followed by heating and mixing the materials at 150-250deg.C for 10-20min. with a screw; (S500) moving the mixed materials to a nozzle; pressing and forming the waste paper and synthetic resin dough with a roller; and then (S600) passing the formed material on a transfer roller containing cooling water to solidify the material. |
