PURPOSE: A structure of an opening/closing front cover of a wall mounted type air conditioner is provided to secure a sufficient amount of air introduced into a cabinet of the air conditioner in a simple structure even though the cabinet is relatively thin and compact. CONSTITUTION: A structure of an opening/closing front cover of a wall mounted type air conditioner having a cabinet(10) formed with air inlets at an upper part, includes an auxiliary air inlet part(70) provided between the cabinet and a front cover(20) to rotate by a predetermined angle with respect to an upper part of the cabinet, wherein the auxiliary air inlet part rotates with respect to a hinge part(50) provided with the front cover as a rotation shaft. The auxiliary air inlet part is movable between a rotation-opening position and a rotation-stopping position of the front cover. |
