LOADING KIT FOR ELECTROPHORESIS AND LOADING METHOD OF SAMPLE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A loading kit for electrophoresis is provided in which it is not necessary to form well on agarose gel for electrophoresis to simplify fabrication of the agarose gel and improve inconvenience of user according to loading of sample on the gel, and a loading method using the loading kit for electrophoresis is provided. CONSTITUTION: The loading kit(50) for electrophoresis comprises a body(51) on a lower part of which an adhesion part(52) is formed in such a way that the adhesion part is extended from the body; and a plurality of adsorption elements(53) which are longitudinally attached to the adhesion part with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance, and on which sample is loaded, wherein an external shape of the loading kit is like a comb, wherein the body is formed of metal or plastic, and wherein the adsorption elements are formed of paper, fiber or nonwoven fiber. In a method for loading the sample on agarose gel to perform electrophoresis on a sample, the loading method comprises the steps of providing an electrophoresis unit having agarose gel without well; providing a loading kit for electrophoresis; adsorbing staining dye and sample onto adsorption elements of the loading kit; and applying an electromagnetic field to the adsorption elements of the loading kit by inserting the adsorption elements of the loading kit into the cut part after longitudinally cutting a part of the agarose gel on which the sample is loaded.
