The implant has two upper sling attachments (3) extended from an upper edge (30) of a support body (2) and arranged in a sagittal plane (S). Two lower sling attachments (4) extending from a side of the body are disposed in the sagittal plane. The lower attachments are placed at a distance (d) from the upper edge, where the distance is between 60 to 80 percent of length (L2) of the body. An independent claim is also included for a device for introducing an implant.
