PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device capable of maintaining seal function yielded by an O-ring disposed between a filter attachment hole formed in a housing cover and a filter assembly over a long period.SOLUTION: At least an O-ring interposed between a housing cover and a filter assembly or the surface of a filter attachment hole of the housing cover that makes contact with the O-ring is subjected to surface treatment to give moisture repellant function. Even when moisture containing dust or snow melting agent penetrates, the moisture containing dust or snow melting agent is difficult to penetrate into the O-ring and the surface of the filter attachment hole of the housing cover which makes contact with the O-ring. As a result, no gap is formed between the O-ring and the surface of the filter attachment hole and therefore penetration of moisture can be suppressed.
