The generator has an emergency water supply device (16) with a toric collector (17) placed at an interior of an upper part (2b) of an external envelope (2). A rectilinear part of a water injection tube (22) is inclined relative to an axial direction perpendicular to a direction of the generator central part. An upper end open at the end of rectilinear part is used for injecting emergency water to the generator interior. The water injection tube is fixed along an opening (21) of a toric wall.
