PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal cellular phone bulletin board system for automatically originating one call by a specific telephone number, when a registered group member writes information on the bulletin board. SOLUTION: An electronic bulletin board is arranged on the Internet and managed by a bulletin board server 1, which can be only accessed by group members A-F registered through communication lines 4 and 5 with cellular phones 2 and 3, using a password and an access ID. When one of the group members writes information on the bulletin board through the communication lines using the cellular phones 2 and 3, the information that writing is performed is automatically notified to each of cellular phones 2 and 3 of the group members with one call origination by the specific telephone number through the communication lines.
