PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board module and a mobile terminal capable of maintaining the strength of the joint of a case member even when an external force is exerted to a circuit board. SOLUTION: The board module is provided with the circuit board on one side of which the case member for covering the entire face of electronic components is located and on the other side of which switches are located. Fixed parts of the case member fixed to the circuit board are provided to parts other than corresponding parts of an opposed side of the circuit board corresponding to arrangement locations of the switches on one side of the circuit board to be capable of maintaining the strength of the joining part of the case member even when an external force is exerted onto the circuit board in the board module and the mobile terminal.
