PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction structural body and its construction method. SOLUTION: The construction structural body is so constituted that it has a frame supporting means for supporting a heavy substance mounted on the construction structural body placed in a growing soil storing hole formed on the ground, a plant vegetation space exposed to the outside is provided to the frame supporting means, the frame supporting means is fixed in the growing soil storing hole and that a growing soil put in the growing soil storing hole so as to come into contact with the vegetation space and plants vegetated in the plant vegetation space by coming into contact with the growing soil.
