PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent powder from coagulating and adhering to a trough, when a vibration feeder feeds powder which is easily charged. SOLUTION: A multi-micro-pore membrane 24 and an air filling chamber 28 are provided on a bottom portion of the trough 16 of the vibration feeder 10. The powder is fed by adding vibrations by a vibrator 18 while uniformly blowing air into the powder 34 in the trough 16 through the multi-micro-pore membrane 24. By blowing in air, contact between particles of the powder and contact with the trough are reduced, so that charging of the powder is suppressed. The blown air takes away or neutralizes electrical charge on the surfaces of the powder, thereby removing electric charge of the powder. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
