The invention relates to a device and a method for spinning and depositing a synthetic beer for producing nonwovens, whereby the beer is spun by a spinning device, drawn off by a drawing-off device, and then collected and deposited on a perforated support to form a nonwoven, the beer being guided through a collecting gap for collection. Said collecting gap is formed by two guiding rolls which are arranged upstream of the perforated support. In order to obtain a structured deposition, directly after the collection, for the formation of a nonwoven, the collecting gap is extended by two opposing guiding strips which co-operate with the guiding rolls and can be driven in the thread feeding direction. |
