PURPOSE: A mixing apparatus for treating seasoning on fried kelp is provided to improve the quality by dressing seasoning on fried kelp evenly and by storing finished food slowly in the container without breakage. CONSTITUTION: A mixing apparatus for treating seasoning on fried kelp is composed of a supporting frame(10), a mixing tub(11) installed in the frame and composed of a central rotating shaft(12) rotated and installed laterally to the frame, plural agitating blades(14) combined with the central rotating shaft in the mixing tub, a container(15) arranged in the lower part of the mixing tub to store finished food, an agitating unit(30) mixing seasoning with fried material evenly in the mixing tub by rotating or reversing the central rotating shaft and the agitating blades, an inverting unit(40) turning the mixing tub around the central rotating shaft in transmitting power to the driven member, and a controller(20) controlling the units sequentially in operating the switch. |
