<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool for easily fixing a long object such as a power cable on a back face (upper face) side of downward lip groove steel. <P>SOLUTION: A leg piece 14, an arm piece 18, an engagement claw 15, and a holding part 19 are made of a band-like steel plate member. The leg piece 14 extends downward. The arm piece 18 is extended from an upper end part of the leg piece 14 downward to form an inverted-curved shape, and then is extended to one side. A part of a lower end part of the leg piece 14 is split to form the engagement claw 15 projecting to one side.
