A manufacturing procedure of a hand tool includes the steps of: forging the workpiece, annealing the workpiece, rolling the workpiece in a barrel, performing a first surface treatment, machining the surface of the workpiece, performing a heat treatment on the workpiece, performing a second surface treatment, performing a third surface treatment, vibrating the workpiece, and electroplating the workpiece. Thus, the whole surface of the hand tool has the same color and brightness, thereby enhancing the aesthetic quality of the hand tool.
