<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsible rear seat back structure which can respond to any fixing type such as an ISOFIX method and a top tether anchorage method, and in addition, can reduce the weight of the rear seat back. <P>SOLUTION: To a supporting member 16 of a high strength which is fixed to a rear floor, a plurality of external supporting brackets 22, internal supporting brackets 24 and a striker 34 for responding to the ISOFIX method and an anchorage 36 for responding to the top tether anchorage method for fixing a child seat are fixed in advance. Therefore, this collapsible rear seat back structure can respond to any method for fixing the child seat, and in addition, the strength of a rear seat back frame 28 can be born by the supporting member 16.
