PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and efficiently producing a difluoromethyleneoxy derivative. SOLUTION: The method for producing the difluoromethyleneoxy derivative of formula 2 involves using a cyclohexenyldifluoroacetate of formula 1 as the starting material. In this formula, R1and R2are each e.g. a 1-20C alkyl; R3is a monovalent organic or inorganic group; ring A1, ring A2, ring A3and ring A4are each e.g. a 1,4-cycylohexylene group or 1,4-phenylene group; Z1, Z2, Z3and Z4are each e.g. a 1-4C alkylene group; Y1, Y2, Y3and Y4are each e.g. a 1-10C alkyl; and k, l, m and n are each 0 or 1.
