PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance strand cutter capable of automatically performing a process from the feed of a strand to the cutting thereof and having general-purpose properties adaptable to a wide range regardless of the kind of a resin. SOLUTION: The strand cutter is equipped with a belt for feeding the strand, a pair of feed rollers, a rotary blade arranged in a direction feeding out the strand from the feed rollers and the fixed blade arranged between the feed rollers and the rotary blade and used for cutting the strand to form pellets.
