PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the players to enjoy the games with interests therein by eliminating a possible troublesomeness from the game media despite its table type cabinet structure. SOLUTION: The spin drum type game machine has the table type cabinet in which operation parts 3a-3c are arranged on a horizontal panel surface and figure display windows 4a of reel parts are disposed on a horizontal surface or an inclined surface successively provided thereon. There are provided a card insertion port 2a through which is inserted a card medium having the information stored on the number of the game media, a card reader part which reads the information out of the card medium inserted and writes the information into the card media, a control part which gets the number of bets set according to the number of the game media based on the information read by the card reader part and determines the results of the games carried out by the players and a media put-out part for putting out the game media to a game medium receiving tray 3e according to the results of the games.
