FUEL CELL, OXIDANT FLOW DISTRIBUTION PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell and an oxidant flow distribution panel capable of humidifying oxidant gas flowing in back flow passages opposite to an MEA and/or fuel within the fuel cell by making effective use of water within the fuel cell.

SOLUTION: The fuel cell is provided with an MEA (membrane-electrode assembly) 1; an oxidant flow distribution panel 3 provided oppositely to an oxidant electrode for supplying the oxidant gas to the oxidant electrode; and a fuel flow distribution panel 4 provided oppositely to a fuel electrode for supplying fuel to the fuel electrode. At least one of the oxidant flow distribution panel 3 or the fuel flow distribution panel 4 has back flow passages 31, 41 formed on a back face turning its back on the MEA 1, and reaction flow passages 32, 42 formed on an opposite face facing the MEA1 in communication with the back flow passages 31, 41.
