PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently generate a sound in accurate timing for wide usage with simple constitution while suppressing mechanical noise. SOLUTION: A driving claw 46a2 of a rotary pick 46 abuts against a swing arm 43 to restrict rotation of the pick 46 and a gear 52 always idles counterclockwise. When a flat coil 44 is electrified, the swing arm 43 rotates upward to release the rotation of the pick 46 from being restricted, the pick 46 instantaneously rotate clockwise with a turning force received through a cam part 53 with a cam spring 45 to fit a driving claw 46a1 in a gap CA1 (stable state), a driving claw 46a1 is driven with tooth tips 52a1 of the gear 52 to make a driving claw 46a4 flick a tip part of a reed 48; and then a driving claw 46a3 speedily abuts against a free end 43a of the swing arm 43 to return to its initial state, thereby completing single sounding operation.
