<p>A fish-gathering lamp comprises a light source having a blue light-emitting diode, a green light-emitting diode, a white light-emitting diode, or a combination of them and a red light-emitting diode. The light source is an LED planar light source where light-emitting diodes are arranged in a matrix on a substrate. The LED planar light source is so attached to illuminate the side of a fish boat or to a portion of the body of the fish boat so as to illuminate the area of the sea ahead or behind the fish boat. The power supply circuit for the LED planar light source is composed of a DC constant current power supply for supplying a DC current to the LED planar light source and a lighting controller connected to the DC constant current power supply. The power supply circuit has functions of switching on/off the light source, varying the supplied current value, repeating the switching on/off of the light source, and gradually switching on/off the light source.</p> |
