<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep an occupied space and a weight of a radial piston pump small while improving self-priming property and discharge capacity and improving the discharge capacity when a tandem pump and a double pump are realized, and to make a drain port and a drain hose of the radial piston pump unnecessary, simplify a structure of the hydraulic pump and reduce a number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: A suction passage 53 is formed in an outer periphery of a pintle 4.
