PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic flushing device capable of keeping a hygienic human body cleaning nozzle device while securing the hygienic condition of a human body. SOLUTION: Flushing water is ejected from a buttock nozzle and a bidet nozzle to a body's surface to be cleand. Meanwhile, the use condition of a hygienic cleaning device is detected through holes IC 513a, 513b formed in an automatic opening/closing toilet cover device 560, when the unuse of the hygienic cleaning device is detected, cleaning by the buttock nozzle and bidet nozzle through a nozzle for cleaning is allowed and the buttock nozzle and the bidet nozzle can be washed by the use of hot water and steam.
