PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold reserving implement capable of eliminating contact completely by a magnetic force and executing vacuum insulation to solve the problem that an article kept cold gets warm, unfreezes, or becomes other undesirable state when the article is carried to a place in a time longer than expected. SOLUTION: In the cold reserving implement, the contact in a gap between the outer container and the inner container is completely eliminated by a magnetic force or the like while air in the gap is pumped up by an air suction apparatus for vacuum insulation.
