PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To laminate a surface material without performing heating and pressurization to finish the same so as to have a smooth mirror surface in a designed laminated material constituted by laminating the surface material on a base material having an embossed pattern or the like on its surface. SOLUTION: A transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 with a thickness of 50-2,000μm and a holding force (JIS Z0237) of 0.2-10 mm and a transparent surface material 3 are successively laminated on the base material 4 having an embossed pattern or a printed pattern to constitute the designed laminated material. The transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 is obtained by crosslinking a sheet comprising a compound which is obtained by combining a proper crosslinking agent with a base resin with a melt viscosity of 50,000-700,000 mPa s and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -20°C or below. By this constitution, the surface material can be laminated without performing heating and pressurization and the surface thereof can be finished so as to have a smooth mirror surface.
