<p>A louver assembly (10) for semi-circular, non-perfect or imperfect arch frame assemblies (20) with louvers (30) rotably mounted therein. A tensioning mechanism (50) keeps the louvers (30) taut between an arched frame member (22) and a smaller anchorage frame member (28). An actuating mechanism (40) is used to rotate the louvers (30) upon the application of a predetermined force to a chain (60) that coacts with teethed sprockets (40') coupled with hooked clip members (46) that removably hold the louvers (30). In an alternate embodiment for louver assembly (100), sprocket assembly (140') includes a headed end (149), with radial pin members (141) cooperatively disposed to be received by the internal grooves (143') of the sprocket member (142).
