PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein accurate mission cannot be provided due to measurement errors in distance/angle measurements to an artificial satellite, since reflected laser beams from other reflecting plates and reflecting points with respect to reflecting laser beams from a targeted reflecting plate installed in the artificial satellite. SOLUTION: A flight unit coupling device comprises a plurality of reflecting points 12 on surfaces 6 to be joined between a first flight unit and a second flight unit. It is provided with an irradiation means of irradiating beams to the reflecting points 12 installed on the surface 6 out of surfaces 5, 6 to be joined, a beam-receiving means of receiving the beams reflected by a plurality of the reflecting points 12, a reflecting point specifying means of detecting a specified reflecting point 12 from among the reflecting points 12, based on the positions of the points 12 on the surface 6, and a removing means of removing the reflection results from the circumference of the specified reflecting point 12, based on the reflecting points 12 which are specified by the reflecting point specifying means.
