PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe pile press-in method and a device capable of miniaturizing a boring machine to improve workability to a work environment such as space saving or the like, and ensuring safety to shorten a construction period and to reduce a construction cost. SOLUTION: The pipe pile press-in method is so constituted that a press-in device (9) of the steel pipe pile (10) is provided to a casing (7) installed in the ground and that a rotational press-in reaction force is imposed to circumferential frictional resistance between the casing and the ground.
