The method involves storing the food products into stackable food containers (1), made from heat-resistant cardboard, before the food products are heated using a hot-air oven. The food containers are set at stacked state within the hot-air oven, and are each formed with cut-outs (5,6) at its base (2) and sidewalls (3,4) to facilitate flow of hot air through the container. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a blank; and (b) a stackable container.
