VEHICLE REAR STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling performance of a vehicle rear with cooling air while assuring the strength and rigidity of the vehicle rear. SOLUTION: The rear end of a rear side member 1 disposed on each of both side portions of a vehicle body is jointed to a rear end cross member 7 of a roughly closed cross-section shape in the vehicle cross direction. The rear end cross member 7 is formed with a relatively large hole portion 12 extending in the vehicle cross direction passing through in the vehicle front/rear direction.
