PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing composition which can remove stains difficult to remove and little chaps the skins. SOLUTION: This transparent cleansing composition is characterized by comprising two or more oils liquid at ordinary temperature and one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of alkylene glycols and/or polyalkylene glycols which are arbitrarily dissolved in water and are liquid at the ordinary temperature.
