PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable polyether prepared by use of a Lewis acid catalyst, provided with a double bond, and capable of a stable polyurethanization reaction. SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing a refined polyether, a crude polyether (C), prepared by the addition polymerization of a cyclic ether to a double bond-provided and active hydrogen-containing compound (B) in the presence of a Lewis acid catalyst (A), is mixed with an adsorbent (D) composed of baked hydrotalcite, and with water.
