PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient organic EL element material which is excellent in durability and an organic EL element using the same. SOLUTION: The organic EL element material which is obtained through polycondensation of a fused polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and has a molecular weight of≤800 is used.
